Sweaty, dehydrated shell of a body and soul cry out

Enemy, your name is Summer!

Such cries emanate from those lacking ..

Lacking oceanside playgrounds, refrigerated air and drink

Forget not, our worldly reliefs ..

Blessed Night, savior of all plagued by ardent Day

Moon conquers Sun in a myriad of hearts and minds

Naked yet dark winds cloaking me and many like-minded others

And Water, life-giver to all

Beautifully you flow from cherished faucet

Onward to grateful hands, face and quenched mouth

Ultimate ecstasy to be shamelessly showered in lovely water

Nighttime waterfalls, what sacred dream

Laughing pool below flanked by Eden garden

I can go.  Just letting go of here.
